Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer based in Spain to build reliable, scalable cloud-native infrastructure for an international gaming platform. You will shape DevOps and SRE practices, mentor teams, and champion Kubernetes-native approaches across engineering.

The role blends hands-on infrastructure, observability, automation, and incident management with close collaboration to improve CI/CD, deployment processes, and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related infra engineering role
• Kubernetes & container orchestration in production
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
• High-availability infra design & production support
• PostgreSQL and NoSQL experience
• Observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, exporters, alerting
• Python and Bash scripting
• CI/CD, GitOps, and platform engineering principles
• Strong system thinking and proactive reliability focus
• Excellent collaboration with software teams and mentors

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve DevOps/SRE practices for scalable reliability
• Shape technical strategy and engineering culture
• Maintain gaming platform infra with focus on availability and scalability
• Design and improve monitoring, dashboards, alerts and reliability metrics
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Automate infra ops and repetitive workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD and change delivery
• Mentor engineers in Kubernetes-native practices
• Contribute to cloud infra evolution balancing performance and simplicity
• Investigate incidents with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
