Rover, a fast-growing tech company with a Barcelona presence, seeks an experienced Zendesk specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of its Zendesk platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive large feature rollouts, and mentor junior members while aligning with strategic operations and AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Zendesk administration, strong API knowledge, and a track record in complex integrations, including international footprints.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years direct Zendesk administration experience, ideally with international footprints.
• Deep understanding of Zendesk components (Triggers, Macros, Tags, Skills, Omnichannel routing).
• Strong knowledge of Zendesk APIs and data extraction/use by software teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into application functionality.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis and solution development.
• Experience with migrations/integrations into Zendesk (M&A context helpful).
• Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence).
• Compliance awareness (GDPR, CCPA, SOX, PCI).
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to work with Seattle-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate Zendesk use and define improvements to optimize implementation.
• Act as technical lead for large features, migrations, integrations and optimization.
• Address internal issues escalated by front-line support and prioritize by business impact.
• Maintain expert-level Zendesk knowledge and surface efficiency opportunities.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with partner teams to clarify platform capabilities and best solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with global teams.
