Primion Technology is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer for a fully remote role with a 40-hour work week. You will build and operate the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure reliability and security across development, testing, and production environments.

The ideal candidate has several years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience, strong English (C1), and hands-on experience with Azure, Ansible, Docker, and modern CI/CD tooling.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or a comparable technical environment.
• Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure automation using tools such as Azure, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes and containerized applications using Docker and modern CI/CD solutions.
• Experience in monitoring and operating reliable production systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent solutions.
• Structured, proactive, ownership-driven approach focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong English skills (C1) in written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate a reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management ecosystem supporting development, testing, and production environments.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for fast, secure, and predictable software releases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to help engineering teams deliver software efficiently.
• Use monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components to keep critical systems running smoothly.
• Implement secure operational practices, including secrets management, to protect infrastructure and data.
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve automation and the platform experience.
