Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or applied data science.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping production AI systems, including agentic AI and ML for forecasting/planning.
• Strong foundation in modern AI tooling: foundation models, APIs, vector stores, orchestration tools, and ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions for FP&A, forecasting, and finance operations.
• Lead multi-agent orchestration design with guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks.
• Define standards for prompt engineering, tool integration, and observability across Finance AI initiatives.
• Mentor finance analysts and adjacent engineering teams on AI/ML concepts and responsible use.
