Job summary

Talent-C is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Spain to turn business problems into AI solutions. You will prototype quickly, validate with users and deploy AI apps for Finance teams of a global pharmaceutical group.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on LLM/RAG work, strong Python, and experience with Snowflake/Databricks, FastAPI/Flask, and Streamlit/React. Hybrid work with some on-site days and potential full remote options are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with hands-on delivery of LLM/RAG applications in production.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask, Streamlit or React, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, SQL and cloud environments, plus confidence working directly with business users.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks Genie, Finance processes or regulated environments would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Finance stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver functional prototypes within the first 1–2 weeks.
• Develop complete applications combining Python backends, lightweight user interfaces and AI integrations on Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Take solutions into production, ensuring reliable outputs, secure access and measurable user adoption.
