Flipp, a global leader in shopper promotions, is hiring an AI Architect for Finance. You will design and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions, focusing on agentic AI, forecasting, and intelligent automation to transform FP&A processes.

As a senior IC, you will mentor teams, set technical direction, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Security to ensure scalable, compliant implementations. Remote-first, emphasis on impact and measurable results across regions.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or applied data science.
• Proven track record shipping production AI systems including agentic AI and ML forecasting.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling and ML libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and ship production AI systems for Finance workflows, including forecasting and automation.
• Lead technical direction, review designs, and mentor finance analysts and engineers.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Security to ensure governance, security, and scale.
