Pertemps ERP (part of Network EMEA) in Spain is seeking an experienced SAP Spanish Payroll Consultant for permanent or freelance roles. The role involves delivering SAP Payroll implementations across Spain and collaborating with an international team.

You will configure SAP Spanish Payroll, run workshops, and produce essential documentation, while ensuring effective communication with project managers in English.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience working with SAP HCM in Spain, with a strong focus on Payroll.
• At least 1 full-cycle SAP Spanish Payroll implementation project in a consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll schema configuration, PA and PY customizing.
• Fluent Spanish and medium/high English.

Responsabilidades

• Gather customer requirements and lead business workshops
• Configure SAP Spanish Payroll based on approved Business Blueprints / Payroll Workbooks
• Work closely with offshore teams on generic payroll configuration
• Prepare key project documentation, including Business Blueprints, Wage Type Catalogues, YTD Documents, Data Migration Plans, Test Plans and Training Plans
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and senior management in English
• Monitor and report project progress, risks and issues
• Identify and manage out-of-scope requirements
• Work within Agile project methodologies
• Collaborate with the wider project team to achieve successful delivery
