Job summary

JobServe Ltd urgently seeks a Senior SAP SD/O2C Service Manager to oversee AMS operations for an international client. The role is remote with 3-4 days per month onsite in Barcelona and requires strong O2C expertise and incident management to maintain service levels.

You will coordinate with global solution managers, vendors and business stakeholders, leading distributed teams across time zones and driving escalations and improvements in service delivery in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP SD/O2C process knowledge and ability to contextualise operational issues.
• Proven AMS Service Management or equivalent SAP service management experience.
• Experience leading distributed, international teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent incident management and escalation handling, including P1 incidents.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with business process owners, technical teams and vendors.
• Experience coordinating resources, priorities and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP SD/O2C operations, coordinating technical solution managers and external service providers.
• Act as the escalation point for critical operational incidents (P1s) with clear communication of impacts and timelines.
• Coordinate with global process leads and business owners on operational changes, risks and service improvements.
• Collaborate with other service and project managers to optimize resource allocation and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Monitor O2C-led projects ensuring resources, timelines and milestones are met.
• Lead collaboration across international teams in different time zones (Mexico, Philippines, Spain).
