Job summary

Harrington Boyd is seeking a senior SAP SD Consultant to join a global manufacturing client in Barcelona. You will lead SAP SD strategy and execution across global sales and distribution operations, driving digital transformation and optimized order-to-cash processes.

The role requires strong integration knowledge with MM, CS, FI, CO, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA migrations and global rollouts. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience working with SAP SD.
• Strong knowledge of integration between SAP SD and MM, CS, FI, CO.
• Previous experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on customization and implementation of SAP SD.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD strategy and execution across global sales and distribution operations.
• Act as trusted advisor to commercial leadership, translating requirements into SAP SD solutions.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration of sales processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and leverage S/4HANA SD capabilities to maximize efficiency.
• Own projects from blueprint to go-live, including migrations and global rollouts.

Harrington Boyd are currently working with a global manufacturing client who are searching for an SAP SD Consultant to join their team in Barcelona! The successful candidate will be a key role in a global implementation of S/4HANA, and be the main figure for the SAP SD domain.

Your responsibilities would be the following:

• Lead SAP SD strategy and execution across global sales and distribution operations, driving digital transformation and customer-centric process excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership, translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions that optimize order-to-cash processes and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes, pricing, and logistics while maintaining compliance with global standards.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements, streamlining workflows, and leveraging emerging SAP S/4HANA SD capabilities to maximize efficiency.
• Own key projects from blueprint to go-live, including S/4HANA migrations, global rollouts, pricing and billing transformations, and regulatory updates impacting sales and distribution.

We are searching for the following skills and experience:
