Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team for Italy, with remote work options across Spain and Italy. You will deliver expert guidance through the implementation process, customize SAP Payroll solutions to client requirements, and test functionality to ensure compliance with specifications.

Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus. You will collaborate with project teams, manage priorities to meet deadlines, and support go-live activities while applying

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Italy payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English. Italian is a plus, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
