Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant for Germany to guide the payroll system implementation from start to go-live. You will tailor SAP Payroll configurations to client requirements, perform testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus. The role emphasizes strong client focus, governance, and timely milestone delivery within a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Strong client focus and accountability for results, with discretion handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the SAP Payroll implementation process.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions per customer requirements and conduct system testing.
• Manage priorities to meet deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with project managers and team to ensure timely milestones.
