TheWhiteam is seeking a Business Analyst with extensive SAP HXM experience to support HR solution analysis, design, and implementation across business processes, focusing on Payroll and Time & Leave Management.

The role requires 7–10 years of BA/functional consultant experience and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. English proficiency is mandatory, and a EU/UK-based availability is preferred for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience as Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.
• Graduate degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse business requirements and HR processes within SAP HXM environments.
• Gather, validate and document requirements from stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories and use cases.
• Propose and design functional solutions aligned with HR processes and objectives.
• Support Payroll and Time & Leave Management process analysis and optimization.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define, plan and execute testing activities including test strategies and cases.
• Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
