Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Spain (Barcelona area) seeks a senior SAP HCM professional to lead end-to-end SAP HCM projects, including Payroll, PA and TM, across international environments. The role focuses on AMS delivery, SLA governance, and advisory support for SAP standard solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, manage onshore and offshore teams, and travel as required. Fluent in English and Spanish, hybrid work arrangement expected.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of SAP HCM experience with Payroll, PA, and TM.
• Experience in international and multi-country payroll environments.
• End-to-end SAP HCM project delivery including requirements, design, config, testing, go-live and hypercare.
• AMS management experience including SLA/KPI monitoring, incident management, governance and continuous service improvement.
• Deep knowledge of Payroll processing, PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Experience leading customer-facing discussions, managing stakeholders, and coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills; proactive and autonomous.

Your mission will be…

• Lead SAP HCM projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Capture and analyze business requirements, challenge and refine solutions, and drive SAP standardization and best practices.
• Own and manage AMS service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the functional lead and escalation point for complex Payroll, PA, and TM issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, support testing activities, and coordinate deployments and post-go-live support.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on SAP HCM processes and solutions.

We are looking for someone with…

• 8–10+ years of SAP HCM experience, with proven expertise in Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM).
• Experience working in international and multi-country payroll environments.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end SAP HCM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Solid experience managing Application Maintenance Services (AMS), including SLA/KPI monitoring, incident management, service governance, and continuous service improvement.
• Expert knowledge of Payroll processing, schemas/PCRs, ALE posting, payroll accounting integration, and legal reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions while providing best-practice recommendations.
• Experience leading customer-facing discussions, managing stakeholders, and coordinating onshore and offshore teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel as required.
