AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform and drives the used car market through Autohero, compramostucoche.es and AUTO1.com. We seek a Sales Strategy & Operations professional to drive market-aligned initiatives with 3+ years of experience in consulting or strategy.

You will own forecasting and end-to-end reporting, deliver concise insights to stakeholders, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, and Marketing.

Formación

• Experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic scale-up environment.
• SQL knowledge and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
• Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using data analysis.
• Own sales forecasting and end-to-end reporting: targets, dealers, tools, and accountability for results.
• Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing.
