AUTO1 Group in Madrid is looking for a motivated professional to join their Logistics team. The role involves developing strategies for both Retail and B2B operations while enhancing logistics performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in Strategic Business Development projects or Project Management.

Job Description

• Contribute to the strategy and growth plan for AUTO1's Iberia Retail and B2B businesses.
• Enhance our LogisticsKPIs and optimize results - focusing on Logistics Performance, Operations and Customer satisfaction.
• Support the growth of new projects and processes through performing day-to-day analytical and project oriented tasks in the logistic field.
• Optimize potential in different areas and create scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Direct report to the Head of Logistics Iberia.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills (KPIs analysis) and being data-driven, managing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development projects, Project Management.
• Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build structured reports, tracking tools and data-based recommendations. (SQL or/and Python is a plus).
• English C1, Portuguese B2 would be nice to have.
