Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Filtration business across Central Spain. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to installation, traveling up to 60% within the territory.

The role requires a technical background with strong commercial acumen and collaboration with internal teams. You will base in Madrid with remote work flexibility, manage key accounts in multiple provinces, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.
• Commercial experience in industrial sector, preferably with process equipment or solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience in industrial environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales of filtration solutions across Central Spain.
• Drive revenue growth in line with commercial strategy.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Technical Support, and subcontractors.
• Track opportunities and activities in CRM and report on performance.
