Job summary

Donaldson seeks a Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Filtration business across Central Spain. Based in Madrid with up to 60% travel, you will combine technical sales skills with deep product knowledge to deliver filtration solutions to industrial customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support, and expand Donaldson's presence in new industries while reporting on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Sell filtration solutions across Central Spain for multiple provinces.
• Grow revenue in line with commercial strategy.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and subcontractors.
• Manage customer projects from sales through installation and commissioning.
• Track opportunities and activities in CRM and report on performance.
• Promote Donaldson's products and brand in the industrial market.
• Expand presence into new industries and market segments.
