Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) to troubleshoot complex issues in a live SaaS environment. This remote role supports enterprise clients and involves SQL diagnostics across databases, applications, and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, monitor production systems, and contribute to knowledge sharing while expanding your technical skills toward senior support or DevOps roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional technical support in SaaS or software environments.
• Proven ability to write SQL queries and investigate production data.
• Experience supporting production web-based applications where availability is critical.
• Cross-layer troubleshooting across databases, apps, and networks.
• Comfort with remote server access using RDP and similar tools.
• Strong English communication, able to explain complex technical issues clearly.
• Initiative and ownership in investigations and proactive problem solving.
• French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth) and Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS environment.
• Use SQL for diagnostics to identify data inconsistencies and support root-cause analysis.
• Maintain system performance by identifying bottlenecks and monitoring production environments.
• Support enterprise clients by communicating findings and coordinating troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and maintain production environments with logging and diagnostics.
• Improve internal processes by enhancing technical documentation and workflows.
• Work across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and integrations.
• Assist with integrations and issues involving SSO, payments, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
