Qualifikationen

• Two to five years of professional backend or full‑stack development experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails production applications.
• Two to five years with relational databases, SQL and query design.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) for planning, coding, and review.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, debugging, and production apps.

• Maintain, enhance, and develop FAdmin within the Content Platform ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end roadmap features from planning to production and maintenance.
• Apply AI‑first development using coding agents to accelerate delivery and quality.
• Refactor and improve codebases and architectures for maintainability.
• Write and maintain automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Sustain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments and fast feedback.
