Job summary

ShopFully is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Content Platform team. You will maintain FAdmin and related systems, delivering features end-to-end and supporting the service desk. You will work with AI-first tooling to accelerate delivery and ensure high-quality code.

You will contribute to CI/CD pipelines and code reviews to keep production reliable. The role requires 2–5 years of backend or full-stack experience and solid Rails, SQL, and English communication skills, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of back-end or full-stack development experience.
• Proven production experience building and maintaining applications with Ruby on Rails.
• 2 to 5 years of solid experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Daily experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code or similar) for planning tasks and code reviews.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Fluent English: strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, evolve, and deliver roadmap features end-to-end for FAdmin and Content Platform ecosystem tools.
• Use an AI-first approach with Claude Code and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Support the Content Layer Service Desk (CLSD) and internal boards to address issues and requests.
• Write automated tests, perform peer code reviews, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for high-quality deployments.
