Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead to support the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You will work across commissioning and service phases, collaborating with site teams and engineering experts to diagnose and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include monitoring turbine performance, remote diagnostics, field support coordination, data analysis, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
Experience with SCADA systems or digital monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
