You will oversee safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote center, collaborating with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve issues throughout commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor performance, perform remote diagnostics, support field teams, and drive continuous improvement with a structured, proactive approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA systems and digital monitoring tools.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solving, and clear technical communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent English; EU work eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with weekend/public holiday on-call.
