Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead to manage remote operation of offshore wind assets from the Remote Operations Center in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor performance, diagnose issues, and drive improvements across commissioning and service phases from a centralized hub.

You will work with field teams and engineering experts to analyze data, resolve faults, and ensure reliable turbine operations throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
