GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead to oversee safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You will coordinate with site teams and engineering experts to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

You will monitor performance, support commissioning and service activities, and drive data-driven improvements while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call weekends/public holidays.
