GE Vernova invites applications for ROC Technical Lead in a Remote Operations Center for wind energy. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote center, collaborating with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve issues across commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor performance, perform remote diagnostics, and support field teams to maintain reliability and lifecycle performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or electromechanical systems in operations.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and proactive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance in mind.
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with occasional on-call weekends/holidays.
