Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with wind energy exposure
- Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting
- Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills under pressure
- Willingness to travel up to 20% if required
- Fluent English; willing to relocate to Barcelona and EU eligible
Responsibilities
- Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
- Support commissioning and service via remote diagnostics
- Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
- Escalate complex issues with clear structured information
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
- Analyze operational data to identify faults and trends
- Assist in reporting and communicating technical findings
- Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization
- Support grid outages when required with safety and compliance
- Work on rotating weekday shifts with on-call weekends/public holidays
