Job summary

You will monitor turbine performance, diagnose alarms, perform remote troubleshooting, support field teams, escalate complex issues with clear data, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
