GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center activities in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on monitoring turbine performance, remote diagnostics, and resolving issues to ensure reliable offshore wind operations across commissioning and service phases.

You will work closely with site teams and engineering experts to analyze data, detect faults, and drive continuous improvement, reporting findings and contributing to optimization efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
