Paired in Barcelona is seeking a part-time Revenue Operations/Operations Project Manager to support a growing client base. You will be the operational face to clients, manage multiple accounts, and ensure delivery timelines and quality.

This role starts part-time with potential to grow into Head of Operations; overlap with Barcelona for client calls and collaboration with the team; remote-friendly with US-facing projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in revenue operations or operational project management in an agency or client services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and act as the operational face to clients.
• Excellent written English and comfortable working with international clients.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to grow into a Head of Operations role as milestones are reached.

• Be the operational point of contact for clients and manage client communications.
• Own timelines, scope, and deliverables across accounts.
• Keep pipelines, CRM, and reporting accurate and current.
• Document processes and turn ideas into repeatable workflows.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks stay on track.
• Identify risks early and propose solutions.
