Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree within Life science or biotechnology.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position or as an end user in Genomics and Cell Analysis environment.
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• High level of Spanish, good English level desired.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with on-site installation and maintenance of Agilent solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals and software.
• Train other field engineers and customers if needed.
