Job summary

Isleño Island Homes Palma de Mallorca Turnkey flats for entrepreneurs who work remotely.

You will call buyers who expressed interest, qualify leads, and book meetings for Mallorca-based purchases ranging €300,000–€500,000. You must speak two of Spanish, English, German at C1+ and show a verifiable sales record. Remote, employed in Spain or freelance from the EU, full-time or part-time with fixed plus uncapped variable pay.

Qualifications

• Two of the three languages must be at C1 or higher.
• Proven sales results with numbers, by phone or in person.

Responsibilities

• Call within minutes and determine fit for the buyer.
• Ask why they buy, when, budget and who decides.
• Book meetings and follow up until a clear yes or no.
• Record conversations for the teammate handling the next step.
• Work with our script and adapt it to your style.
