Mallorca Map is hiring two German-speaking Telephone Sales Representatives in Palma, Mallorca. The role focuses on outbound interactions with existing customers to introduce additional tech products and services, with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales drive, C2 German proficiency, and at least 12 months in direct sales. The contract is permanent and part-time, with hours from 9:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• German language at C2 level (native or fluent).
• At least 12 months of relevant professional experience in direct sales or commercial roles.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and telephone sales skills.

Responsabilidades

• Call existing company clients to present complementary tech products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend solutions to improve client experience.
• Generate additional sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Record client interactions and sales activity using standard office software.
