Accenture España is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Senior Analyst to join the Workday Practice. You’ll join a global team delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and participate in rapid deployments and complete transformations for top international clients.

You will work on design, configuration, testing and documentation of Workday talent and performance modules, guiding analysts and contributing to reusable assets.

Formación

Intermediate professional experience with hands-on Workday talent and performance configuration.
Ability to own configuration areas and deliver to a high standard.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1).

Responsabilidades

Participate in design sessions and contribute ideas to talent and performance solution.
Configure, test and document Workday talent and performance across implementation phases.
Own specific talent and performance configuration areas from build to deployment.
Investigate and resolve configuration defects and support quality.
Support Analysts and contribute to team documentation and reusable assets.

As a Workday Talent & Performance Senior Analyst

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by

Participate actively in design sessions and contribute your ideas to the talent and performance solution
Configure, test and document Workday talent and performance functionality across the implementation phases
Take ownership of specific talent and performance configuration areas and see them through from build to deployment
Investigate and resolve configuration defects and support quality across the team's work
Support and guide Analysts and contribute to the team's documentation and reusable assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills

Intermediate professional experience, including hands‑on Workday talent and performance configuration
Ability to take ownership of configuration areas and deliver them to a high standard
An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamworking skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1)
