Accenture España is seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end Workday deployments across global clients. You will manage project scope, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while driving high-quality, timely delivery.

You will leverage AI-enabled accelerators and work across a distributed team to transform HR processes. Travel to client sites may be required, and strong English and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English
• Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1)
• Experience leading Workday implementations and large HR/ERP transformations
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM/FIN implementations.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement financials, and delivery quality.
• Utilize processes, tools, and assets to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.
• Mentor and coach consultants for career development.
• Contribute to pre-sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients.
