Accenture España invites applications for a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst to join our global Workday Practice. You'll help clients implement talent and performance processes, leveraging GenAI accelerators and built-in AI features to enable faster, cloud-based HR transformations.

You'll participate in design workshops, configure Workday talents, and document configurations while collaborating with senior colleagues.

Formación

• Entry-level professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system.
• A keen willingness to learn and to build your Workday talent and performance configuration skills.
• An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture talent and performance requirements and decisions
• Configure Workday talent and performance functionality under the guidance of your team lead
• Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing
• Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles
• Contribute to the team's solution and grow your talent and performance expertise by learning from senior colleagues

As a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture talent and performance requirements and decisions
