Thales in Madrid is looking for an Industrial Planner & Trade Compliance Officer to manage customs procedures, ensure compliance with export regulations, and coordinate production and maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in related fields.

This role requires advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, along with strong organizational skills and proactive attitude. Thales offers a flexible working environment, including remote work options and various employee benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish (C1 or higher) is necessary. French is desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and control industrial production and maintenance strategies.
• Manage customs procedures for product dispatches.
• Handle export licenses requests and tariff classification.
• Liaise with tax agencies for compliance.
• Prepare necessary export control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with export legislation.
• Improve planning and trade compliance workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
