Your main responsibilities will include**:*** **Design, implement, and optimize electronic production processes** (PCB assembly, testing, and subcontractor management).* **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with product requirements.* **Analyze production data** to identify improvement opportunities (lead time reduction, cost savings, defect minimization).* **Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards** (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ESD, etc.).* **Drive automation and digitalization initiatives** (PLM/ERP systems, data analysis tools like Power BI/Python).* **Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line** and propose **innovative solutions** for process enhancements.* **Develop technical documentation** (procedures, reports, work instructions, and manuals).* **Lead technical projects** from conception to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.* **Customer/results-oriented approach**, with a focus on internal and external stakeholder satisfaction (including Thales as a key client).**Education:*** Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (with a specialization in Electronics).* Advanced level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher).
