Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, delivering global and client KPI commitments while coaching for performance and quality. You will oversee daily operations, capacity planning, escalations and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain excellent service.

In this hybrid role, you’ll foster team development, support wellbeing, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Two years of Team Supervisor or Team Manager experience.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and coaching teams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of customer service team.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback.
• Manage capacity planning, staffing, and scheduling.
• Handle escalations and operational risks with appropriate action.
