Cigna Healthcare in Madrid is seeking multilingual customer service representatives to support customers globally. You’ll handle queries about medical plans with empathy and active listening to reassure clients.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate documents when needed. You’ll work a 39-hour week with a shift from Tuesday to Saturday, 12:15–20:00, and have benefits including remote work options and training.

Qualifications

• Must have advance English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Multilingual capabilities in Dutch, German, Italian or French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and email across multiple languages.
• Coordinate and follow up on contracts and medical plan questions.
• Assist Client Manager with presentations, analyses, and statistics.
