You will translate documents when needed, document interactions, and maintain high service standards. The role offers hybrid work, initial in-office training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English, French and Spanish language skills (C1/C2).
• Experience in customer service or call-center environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration and client communication for designated relationships in the Contact Center.
• Assist customers with queries related to their medical plan with empathy and clear explanations.
• Document interactions concisely and follow internal procedures to ensure first-time resolution.
