Proximus Global is seeking a Telecom & DevOps Engineer in Madrid to design, develop, deploy, and support 4G/5G telecom solutions with roaming, IoT, and messaging focus. You will work across the full lifecycle in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery and successful project execution.

The role requires 2–3 days in the Madrid office and English fluency. Familiarity with DevOps tools and scripting is advantageous for automation and on-call support.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience as a telecom engineer or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Test and validate new developments.
• Deploy releases to production and validation environments.
• Automate workflows (testing, installation, monitoring).
• Respond to incidents and participate in an L3 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Debug software and service issues.
• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor service availability and performance.
• Analyse needs and propose optimal, innovative solutions.
