Job summary

Prohuman is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive growth in the railway/rolling stock sector across Europe. This 100% remote role entails winning new accounts for C-class components, fasteners, and automated supply chain programs, with a hunter mindset.

You will engage OEMs and tier-1 suppliers, deliver ROI-based proposals, coordinate RFQs, and manage international sales cycles. Frequent travel (2–3 trips/month) is required, and German language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience in the railway/rolling stock sector.
Established contact network among railway OEMs, suppliers, or fleet maintainers.
Fluent English (written & spoken); German language skills are a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally (2–3 trips/month).

Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales (Hunter mindset): Win new B2B accounts for C-class components, fasteners, and automated supply chain programs (VMI/Kanban).
OEM Account Growth: Engage procurement and engineering decision-makers at rolling stock OEMs and tier-1 suppliers.
Solution Selling: Deliver ROI-based proposals, coordinate RFQs, and manage international sales cycles.
Industry Presence: Attend international trade shows (e.g., InnoTrans) and conduct regular client visits across Europe.
