Lookiero Outfittery Group is seeking a Buying Assistant to join the Buying Team to raise and manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries within budget.

You will contribute to procurement activities, maintain order data, and support commercial product management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers remote work options and flexible hours to fit your life and career growth.

Formación

• 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Raise and issue purchase orders within the established budget.
• Register and track purchase orders in internal systems.
• Direct and maintain communication with suppliers to manage orders and ensure delivery dates.
• Monitor goods receipt and identify discrepancies (quantities, pricing, etc.).
• Assist with issue resolution with warehouse, invoicing, and other departments.
• Support the procurement team with commercial product management.
• Prepare templates and review purchase orders before dispatch.
• Log qualitative order data.
