Lever, Inc. seeks a PSP Financial Analyst based in Spain to oversee financial control across payment service providers, including reconciliation, liquidity management, and cost analysis.

This remote, full-time role demands a data-driven mindset and the ability to work with external providers and internal stakeholders. You will monitor payment flows, settlements, and provider statements, investigate discrepancies, and drive resolutions while seeking opportunities to reduce costs and improve

Formación

• 2+ years in finance, finance operations, PSP reconciliation, or financial analysis.
• Experience with payment service providers or banks.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for large datasets.
• Experience with reconciliations, statements, and settlement reporting.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• English proficiency for written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day communication with payment service providers and ensure terms are followed.
• Monitor balances and liquidity for payouts and settlements.
• Prepare and control settlement requests, payouts, and withdrawals.
• Reconcile turnover, balances, and provider statements.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor provider fees, exchange rates, reserves, commissions, and terms.
• Analyze provider performance and identify cost/efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain documentation of payment procedures and controls.
