Puig is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to ensure smooth operations of our receivables function. The role covers processing payments across Wholesale, Ecommerce, and Retail, ensuring precise records and timely reconciliations.

You will post and classify payments, run direct debits, and prepare aging/DSO reports while collaborating with Treasury, Accounting, and Global Payments teams. The position requires a degree in Business Administration and English/Spanish fluency.

Formación

• At least 1 year in a similar position.
• Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Post payments received from all channels (transfers, cash, checks, credit cards).
• Reconcile payments with open items to ensure accuracy.
• Classify payment documents by type and run weekly direct debits and rebate/credit note proposals.
• Perform netting between subsidiaries or AP/AR and handle factoring tasks.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Treasury, Accounting, Global Payments, and Retail Operations to resolve incidents.
• Produce reports on payment activity and account balances; assist in Month-End-Closing aging and DSO.
• Develop and maintain understanding of AR policies; participate in cross-functional projects.
