Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product & Technology Lead based in Spain to own both product strategy and technical execution across a growing portfolio of global subscription-based digital products.

You will lead development, architecture, and operations, overseeing external partners and ensuring fast, high-quality product launches while aligning with business goals. The role emphasizes AI-assisted prototyping, analytics collaboration, and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Technically strong leader with hands-on engineering knowledge and product-launch experience.
• Ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Experience managing external development teams or vendors.
• Familiarity with subscription models and payment integrations.
• Proven track record launching digital products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and launch of new subscription products and funnels.
• Audit and improve existing technologies, processes, and vendor relationships.
• Define and govern development processes for planning, delivery, and release management.
• Oversee external DevOps partners and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with growth/analytics for acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
