Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Staff Product Manager based in Spain. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a mobile‑first product used daily by property managers worldwide.

You will own the vision, strategy, and end‑to‑end delivery for the mobile app, lead discovery with users, define metrics, and partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM to drive adoption and customer success.

Formación

• 7+ years of product management experience, with B2B SaaS and mobile exposure.
• Proven ability to launch and scale mobile products on iOS/Android.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a mobile-first product.
• Lead user research and translate insights into opportunities and requirements.
• Define and track core metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) with strong instrumentation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM teams.
• Ensure best-in-class native mobile experience across iOS and Android.
