Unit4 is seeking an experienced product manager to own a product end to end, from discovery through production and subsequent improvements. You will work closely with design and an AI‑assisted development team to ship fast and refine the product based on customer feedback.

You will lead discovery with customers, shape clear requirements, and prioritize a ruthless backlog. The role requires deep domain knowledge in HR/finance or ERP and a proven track record of shipping real products to customers.

Formación

• Experience across the full development lifecycle: research and discovery, requirements and definition, design, and launch.
• Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing, and sales.
• Bias to ship and a track record of delivering real products to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product through its entire life cycle from discovery to maintenance.
• Run discovery with customers and prospects to identify problems worth solving.
• Define, prioritize, and manage requirements and the backlog.
• Collaborate daily with designers and AI‑assisted developers to ship high‑quality outputs.
• Partner with customers in sessions with our user researcher to refine direction.
• Scale discovery processes to handle many inputs and generate clear product guidance.
• Ensure adoption and measurable impact of the product after release.
