UNIT4 NV is hiring an experienced product manager to own new ERP-related products from idea through production. You will drive discovery, shape the product, and work closely with design and an AI-assisted development team to deliver rapidly and continuously improve after launch.

You will partner with customers, designers, product marketing and sales, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle and prioritizing features that deliver measurable value in HR, finance or project management

Formación

• Has owned products across the full development lifecycle: research, discovery, requirements and definition, design and launch.
• Deep ERP/domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software is a strong plus.
• Comfort working directly with customers, designers, product marketing and sales.
• Bias to ship and a track record of shipping real products to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own a product end to end: from discovery to definition, build, launch and subsequent releases.
• Run discovery with customers and prospects to identify problems worth solving.
• Turn insights into well-prioritized requirements and a clear product plan.
• Prioritize backlog, release plans and ensure quality for the product.
• Collaborate with designers and AI-assisted development teams to ship high-quality products.
• Co-design with customers in working sessions with our user researcher.
• Scale discovery processes beyond individual conversations using large inputs and cohorts.
• Be accountable for product adoption and real-world impact.
