Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap that makes Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid‑market PSOs. You will lead a dedicated engineering team building industry‑specific capabilities and collaborate with horizontal PMs across Financials, HR, Projects, and Procurement to deliver end-to-end platform value.

• Experience in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of professional services business models, including project-based delivery, utilization, billing, scheduling, and compliance.

• Proven ability to translate complex industry needs into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
